Our Production Process
BellandiCircle® encompasses our entire internal production process, which starts from raw material sourcing and ends with the greige fabric, ensuring meticulous attention to detail and uncompromising quality:
Raw Material Warehouse
Our state-of-the-art warehouse serves as the foundation of Bellandi Circle, housing a diverse range of ethically sourced raw materials. Here, materials are carefully curated and managed, laying the groundwork for exceptional end products.
Carding
In the carding phase, raw fibers undergo precision processing to create uniform batts ready for spinning. Our advanced carding technology ensures consistency and quality, setting the stage for superior yarn production.
Spinning
Thanks to our cutting-edge spinning machinery and skilled craftsmanship, we transform fibers into high-quality yarns. Each thread is crafted with precision and care, reflecting our dedication to excellence and innovation.
Weaving
Finally, in the weaving stage, our looms bring the fabric to life, utilizing a combination of traditional techniques and modern technology. From intricate patterns to luxurious textures, our fabrics express our unwavering commitment to craftsmanship.
Our Locations
BellandiCircle® operates across two main locations strategically positioned to optimize production and logistics:
Prato, Italy
Our headquarters in Prato, Italy, serves as the heart of our operations, where tradition meets innovation. Here, we draw upon Italy’s rich textile heritage and skilled workforce to drive creativity and excellence.
Slovakia
Our largest production site, Bellandi Slovensko, boasts a potential annual output of 2 million meters. Established in 2003 as a subsidiary of Bellandi S.p.A. Bellandi Slovensko was born from the vision of Paolo Bellandi and his son, Maurizio. Slovakia’s selection as a location was influenced by the familial ties of Maurizio, whose cousin, Mauro Bellandi, was born and raised there. Mauro’s intimate knowledge of the region ensures operational excellence and seamless integration.
